Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club snowboarder Arielle Gold flies into the air on her way to winning the FIS Junior World Championship half-pipe event Tuesday in Sierra Nevada, Spain. Earlier this season, Gold earned a fourth-place finish at a Spring U.S. Grand Prix event and silver at the Youth Olympic Games.
