Keri Rusthoi, center, played Flora in Emerald City Opera’s 2008 production of Giuseppe Verdi’s “La Traviata.” The Emerald City Opera turns 10 this summer and will offer a full stage production of Mozart’s “The Marriage of Figaro” Aug. 17 and 19.
