Tubers Ashtyn Franks and Landon Pollock wade into the waters of the Yampa River on Thursday to escape the heat in Steamboat Springs. Colorado Parks and Wildlife and city of Steamboat Springs officials Thursday afternoon asked everyone to stay out of the Yampa as it continues to flow below 85 cubic feet per second.
