"Buried in the Sky" is the story of the deadliest day on K2 told through the lens of the Sherpa climbers and Pakistani high-altitude porters. There will be a book talk Friday at Off the Beaten Path Bookstore featuring co-author Amanda Padoan and two survivors of the expedition: local Dr. Eric Meyer and the book's central figure, Chhiring Dorje.
