The Steamboat Springs City Council, by a 5-2 vote, supported the Planning Commission’s decision last week to disallow D&C LLC’s relocation from South Lincoln Avenue to 1136 Yampa St. in Sore Saddle Condominium Unit 2, which is a few steps away from Little Toots Park.
