1964 ... The Tribute, a Beatles tribute band, will play a special installment of the Free Summer Concert Series. The concert is set to start at 8:30 p.m. on the Fourth of July at Howelsen Hill, but organizers will look at holding the concert on another day that week because of issues raised by the Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo Series Board of Directors.
