Matt Spencer, CEO of the Colorado Mountain College Foundation, helps give a tour of the college’s new 60,000-square-foot academic center being constructed in Steamboat Springs. The $20 million building is expected to be completed in five weeks, and a grand opening ceremony will be held at 4 p.m. Aug. 23. The building features an auditorium, offices, classroom space, a large dining area and kitchen and many spaces that can be used by the public.
