Chinese students on a Yampatika nature hike take pictures of flora Thursday on the way to Lithia Springs. The Lowell Whiteman School is hosting the students for two weeks during a new summer program.

A group of high school-age students from China were here in the Yampa Valley last week to attend The Lowell Whiteman School’s inaugural Steamboat Summer Academy.
