Members of the Steamboat Springs Swim Team pose inside the Olympic rings at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs. The team had 15 members compete at the Rocky Mountain State Games. Competing in the tough meet, Steamboat walked away with six swimmers finishing in the top 10. Parker Kortas had three top 10 finishes, Margaret Lichtenfels had three, Gabriel Rabanal had one, Frank Ruppel had eight, Tyler Terranova had one and Samantha Terranova continued her torrid season with seven top 10 finishes, including a pair of wins in the 200- and 400-yard freestyle events. Also competing were Brenden Carta, Emily Craig, Lyta Foulk, Taylor Kortas, Reilly Mewborn, Thomas Mewborn, Soria Rabanal, Lily Starkey and Anna Terranova.
