CR Summit Riding Club is hosting its Parks and Recreation Horseback Riding Camp from July 9 to 13. Nine kids are participating along with two instructors, two assistant instructors and two supervisors staffed for the camp. Kids arrive at 9 a.m. and split into four teams and rotate to four stations. The four stations consist of two hands-on riding stations and two horse education stations that include handling your horse, grooming your horse, caring for your horse, horse manners, horse safety, types of horses, types of tack, types of gaits etc. CR Summit Riding Club is a lesson-based riding club.
