A Colorado Department of Transportation plow clears U.S. Highway 40 on Thursday afternoon. Forecasters were calling for a winter storm to bring snow to the area beginning Thursday evening. Although the storm brought little accumulation to the ski area, another storm is forecast to bring more snow this weekend.

Snow: That’s what the weather experts are forecasting for Steamboat Springs this weekend. One forecaster is calling for 10 to 15 inches of snow to fall at the ski area overnight Saturday.
