The house under construction and almost dried in at Steamboat Barn Village, between downtown and the mountain, represents one of 11 building permits for single-family homes issued in Steamboat Springs during 2011. The general contractor is Colorado Home Solutions, and the architect is Michael J.K. Olsen.
