Routt County 4-H volunteer Rosemary Farrell teaches the art of felting wool to a group of local students Wednesday at a 4-H Fiber Arts Camp at United Methodist Church of Steamboat Springs. Routt County 4-H was a recipient of one of two $10,000 grants from Steamboat Ski & Resort Corp.
