Steamboat's Maggie Crouch finds herself stuck between a rock — the out-of-bounds line — and a hard place — a trio of Elizabeth defenders — on Friday. It was that kind of night for the Sailors, who lost in the semifinal round of the Steamboat Springs Shoot-Out. They play at 12:30 p.m. Saturday for third place.

On Thursday night, the Steamboat Springs High School girls basketball team blew away its opponent with a huge first quarter and gamelong turnover dominance. On Friday night, the tables were reversed.
