Tom Ross: Norway to honor surviving WWII soldiers
The surviving members of the 99th Infantry Battalion won’t feel forgotten this Memorial Day weekend when they travel to the nation’s capital with members of their families. They expect to receive medals of appreciation from representatives of the Norwegian military for their service in the European theater during World War II.
