The Free Foreign Film Series continues tonight at the Depot Art Center with the Romanian film, “If I Want to Whistle, I Whistle,” which was Romania’s official submission to the Academy Awards for Best Foreign Film. The film follows a man about to be released from a detention center when his mother returns to take away his brother. The movie screens with English subtitles at 7 p.m. There also will be fresh popcorn and an award-winning short film.
