Steamboat kicks off mud season with weekend shows
Celebrate last weekend of lift-accessed skiing with live music
Closing weekend at the Steamboat Ski Area doesn’t just mean the end of first-chair powder days and fresh corduroy turns. It also marks the end of winter entertainment season, which brought live music of all kinds to Steamboat Springs. Before some venues close for mud season and the downtown streets empty out until summer, there are a few more chances to let loose.
String Board Theory returns to Steamboat for the 1st time since May
The Steamboat Springs band, which has been together since 2007, now plays a “groove-infused, funk dance rock,” bassist Jeff Barlow said.
