Routt County senior environmental health specialist Heather Savalox said in her 15 years of experience, she's "never seen plumbing connections" like this pump and drainage system in a walk-in cooler used for food storage in Sweet Pea's basement. Owner Jonathon Hieb said this photo was taken on a day when plumbers were working on the system, and is not representative of its usual condition.
