Shortly after his daughter, Rachel, was killed during the Columbine High School shootings, Darrell Scott started Rachel’s Challenge, a program intended to reduce school bullying and violence. The program is coming to Steamboat with a public presentation at 6 p.m. today at Steamboat Springs High School.
