Steamboat alum Vandahl finds his spot
Basketball player excels at University of Nebraska-Kearney
Although his playing time was limited at first, former Steamboat Springs High School basketball standout Michael Vandahl ended the season for the University of Nebraska-Kearney averaging 19 minutes a game and 6.6 points, and he started 11 of the last 12 games as a walk-on.
