Portia Mansfield, seen here dancing in costume, was a co-founder, along with Charlotte Perry, of Perry-Mansfield Performing Arts School and Camp in 1913. Tread of Pioneers Museum and Bud Werner Memorial Library present a historical program about the camp and its founders at 4 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday at the library.
