After 60 years of renting offices in Steamboat Springs, the nonprofit Educational Foundation of the Rocky Mountain Ski Instructors Association purchased twin commercial condominiums in The Steamboat Grand at the base of the ski area this month.

This month, the Educational Foundation of the Rocky Mountain Ski Instructors Association closed on the purchase of side-by-side commercial condominiums on the street level of The Steamboat Grand. The SIA paid $495,000 this month to buy the commercial space.
