South Routt Elementary students recite original poetry
As he stood and recited in front of about 200 teachers, parents and siblings, South Routt Elementary School kindergartner Jed Kirby's poem "My Family" elicited a number of “ahhs.” Jed was one of about 50 students who read a poem at the school's third annual Poetry Night on Wednesday.
