Paul Potyen explains the mechanics of his entry in Home ReSource's second annual Creative Community scrap art project. A reception for the project, which includes entries from six local artists and community groups, is from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday at Home ReSource at the Milner Landfill. When completed, Potyen's sculpture ideally will produce music and involve several moving parts.
