John Grassby, one of two attorneys representing the residents of the West Acres Mobile Home Park, speaks to Steamboat Springs City Council on Tuesday evening. A large group of residents from the mobile home park came to the meeting to show their displeasure about plans to build a road through the neighborhood's dedicated greenbelts.
