The Steamboat Springs City Council voted 6-1 on Tuesday to approve a resolution allowing the city's industrial enterprise zone program to expire as scheduled at the end of this year.

Ken's wife, Cindy Constantine, is part of a committee known as Let's Vote, which is organizing the petition drive.
