Brian Crosby rakes the snow leading to the Christie Peak Express lift between skiers Monday afternoon at the Steamboat Ski Area. The slopes will open to the public this Wednesday during the annual Scholarship Day, but the ski area has already invited the members of the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club’s programs onto the slopes for training.
