Tow truck operators Dave Gittleson, left, and Dan Quick lift a car out of Soda Creek on Monday morning after it slid on the icy roads and over the bank. The car’s driver, 31-year-old June Matthews, suffered minor injuries in the one-vehicle accident. She was making a left turn onto 12th Street when the car slid off the road.
