Steamboat Springs High School senior Kylee Swiggart has been named one of 20 state finalists for the 2009 Wendy's High School Heisman Award. The award looks at excellence in academics, athletics and community and school leadership. A state winner will be announced Saturday, and a national winner will be named in December.
