State Sen. Al White said Wednesday that legislation passed this year is just the beginning of a plan to rehab the state's aging roads and bridges. The Funding Advancement for Surface Transportation and Economic Recovery legislation will increase vehicle registration fees to generate $252 million for transportation projects.
