Employees at Steamboat Smokehouse are not taking any chances. As a joke, they placed a mask on the face of the plastic pig, which has been outside the downtown restaurant for years. The humor was not lost on customer Bernard Gagne, who passed in front of the pig on his way into the restaurant.
