Steamboat Springs City Manager Jon Roberts and Deputy City Manager Wendy DuBord serve up hot dogs, hamburgers and chicken during an end-of-season party at Howelsen Hill on Monday. Public Safety Director J.D. Hays, left, was one of many city employees who were willing to go out in the cold for some hot food.
