The post office branch of the U.S. Postal Service at Third Street soon may be the home to the 2,584 P.O. Boxes at the branch in Sundance at Fish Creek shopping center, according to a plan outlined by the Postal Service. Residents and Steamboat Springs City Council members are trying to come up alternatives, saying the downtown location already is too congested.
