Greg Scott sings and plays the guitar at the memorial service for Jim Temple on Sunday at the Storm Mountain Ranch near Steamboat Springs. Scott started the service by playing one of Temple's favorites, "On Top of Old Smoky," which he joked he should be rewritten for the occasion to "On Top of Old Stormy."

A mournful song set the tone at Jim Temple's memorial service Sunday. The Steamboat Springs legend, who founded and helped build what would become the Steamboat Ski Area, loved "On Top of Old Smokey," his son Jeff Temple said.
