Dream Island Mobile Home Park resident Kyle Badertscher talks about trailers neighboring his on the west end of the property. Steamboat Springs developer Jim Cook and his investment partners have entered into a contract to purchase Dream Island Mobile Home Park. About 80 homes are in Dream Island, which is along the Yampa River on Steamboat's west side.
