Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama laid out an aggressive policy plan Thursday night at Invesco Field, telling an estimated 84,000 that if elected, he will "cut taxes for 95 percent of working families," end U.S. dependence on oil from the Middle East in 10 years, and invest $150 billion in alternative energy over the next decade.
"We cannot meet 21st-century challenges with 20th-century beauracracy," he said.
