The Detroit Red Wings' Johan Franzen celebrates the third goal of the first period against the Colorado Avalanche. The Red Wings defeated the Avalanche, 4-3, during Game 1 of the NHL Western Conference semifinals Thursday at Joe Louis Arena in Detroit.
