The Selbe property is tucked out of sight in a small forest immediately east of the Safeway grocery store. The husband-and-wife development team of Peter and Kim Kreissig have acquired the land and say they envision creating an arts neighborhood consisting of condominiums mixed with low-intensity commercial buildings.
