Colorado Secretary of State Mike Coffman and Mark Fischer, chairman of a commitee formed to improve election in Routt County, listen to Routt County Clerk and Recorder Kay Weinland give her thoughts during a meeting Thursday morning. Although Coffman praised committee efforts to improve county election processes, he said Routt County is "on the borderline" for addition to the state's Election Watch List.
