The vacant lot next to the George P. Sauer Human Services Center will hold more than a dozen modular classrooms while a new Soda Creek Elementary School is being built. The Steamboat Springs School District has ordered nearly all of the needed modular classrooms and will have two meetings this month so residents in the neighborhood can ask questions about the transition.
