Steamboat Springs City Council member Towny Anderson listens to a detailed breakdown of escalating costs for construction of the new Steamboat Springs Community Center during the City Council's meeting at Centennial Hall on Tuesday. "It was ill-conceived and ill-planned, and we're paying for it," Anderson said.
