Don Nord, who has been an outspoken advocate for the medical use of marijuana in the state of Colorado, was upset recently when an Aurora man said he needed to grow 71 marijuana plants in his home for medical use. Nord, who suffers from a number of severe medical problems and uses marijuana for medicinal purposes, can't understand why anyone would need to grow that many plants for personal use. He fears the man's defense could come back to hurt people in our state using medical marijuana under the current rules.
