Firefighter Ken Farmer, shown here in his silver fire proximity suit at Yampa Valley Regional Airport on Tuesday, has thus far won his battle with a rare form of cancer that aggressively attacked his salivary glands. Farmer is back in uniform and working to regain his national firefighting certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
