Ace Romyen of SNL sprays concrete Monday to form a wall at the Old Town Hot Springs. The Routt County Board of Commissioners has agreed to sponsor the construction's funding through a tax-exempt bond that entitles the recreation center to borrow the money at a lower interest rate.
