People line up along the sidewalk at Seventh Street and Lincoln Avenue on Wednesday afater a suspected gas leak forced the evacuation of the Old Town Square shopping center. Steamboat Springs Fire Rescue Assistant Chief Bob Struble said there was no gas leak, and shoppers were allowed back into the center's stores by noon.

Smoke pours out from under the roof of a home on Uncochief Circle on Tuesday. Fire officials said the fire was contained to an upstairs room, and the cause is still under investigation.
