Longtime Hayden resident Kathy Hockin has opened the Family Fitness Center in the basement of the historic Solandt Memorial Hospital in Hayden. It's Hayden's first commercial gym, and Hockin said she wanted to create an affordable, healthy and fun exercise environment for the family.
