Blue skies and puffy white clouds are reflected in the windows of the Steamboat Springs Airport on Tuesday afternoon near a sign posting the operating hours for Bob Adams Field. The City Council on Tuesday voted to hire Denver consultants Matrix Design Group for a comprehensive study of Steamboat Springs Airport and its local economic impact, cost of operations and scenarios for alternate uses of the 255-acre site.
