Garrett Wiggins voices his opinions about Routt County's funding options for the GRAMNET drug enforcement network at a meeting of the Routt County Board of Commissioners in Steamboat Springs on Tuesday. The commission voted, 2-1, in favor of giving the task force $10,800 for administrative costs.
