Mati Novotny, 4, smiles Wednesday during a ceremony to bless four mobile homes being donated to the Oglala Sioux tribe of the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. Mati made the trip with her mother, Martyna White Hawk and her aunt, Inez White Hawk. Developer Jim Cook gave the homes from Westland Mobile Home Park, which is being razed to make room for his new Riverwalk development in downtown Steamboat.
