Mary Melius cuts Jodi Bringuel's hair Monday. Bringuel donated her braids to Locks of Love. It is the third time Bringuel, who grew her hair for nearly three years, has donated her hair to Locks of Love, which provides wigs and hairpieces to cancer patients.
